Primech Building Services is seeking a Contracts Manager to own allocated M&E projects from design through handover, leading a delivery team and acting as senior client contact. You will drive schemes from mobilisation to handover, ensuring safety, programme and budget adherence while collaborating with procurement and the commercial team.

You will oversee design stage activities, pre-construction milestones and construction execution, chair key meetings, review programmes and manage forecasts.
