Are you compassionate, reliable and looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference? Primecare Health Ltd is recruiting Social Care Workers to support individuals to live confidently and independently in their own homes across Edinburgh and West Lothian.
As a Social Care Worker with Primecare Health Ltd, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports independence, dignity and wellbeing.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personalised support in line with individual care plans
- Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing and continence support
- Support individuals with daily activities including meal preparation, shopping and household tasks
- Help people attend appointments and access their local community
- Promote independence, choice and confidence through respectful, person-centred care
- Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals and their families
This role is about supporting people to live their lives in a way that matters to them — not just completing tasks.

Hours: Flexible shift patterns
Pay: £13.60 - £14.60 per hour (Mileage 45p per mile)
