The Role
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a crucial part in the company’s continued expansion by generating high-quality leads and securing meetings for the Account Executive team.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Becoming an expert on the company’s solutions, target industries, and ideal client profiles.
- Using a multi-channel outreach strategy—including cold calls, LinkedIn, video messaging, and email—to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Engaging key decision-makers and effectively handling objections.
- Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to continually improve outreach tactics.
- Tracking all activity and progress through the company CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales experience in a B2B setting (SDR, recruitment consultant, or similar).
- Proven ability to generate leads and confidently engage with decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and hungry to progress.
- A confident, outgoing personality and a passion for sales.
