Purpose of role:

  • Lead the delivery of efficient, compliant and scalable People operations.
  • Proven ability to deliver structured, compliant and high‑quality HR operations at scale.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations and compliance matters.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, data and process improvement.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and delivery.
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence, challenge and build effective relationships.
  • Data‑driven mindset, using insight to inform decisions and drive improvements.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) desirable.
