They're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.
You'll work directly alongside the three founders , receiving hands-on training and support while building your own desk in a specialist, high-value market.

What's on offer?
- £26K-£32K basic salary - £45K-£50K OTE year 1
- Uncapped commission with NO threshold
- 15% commission on first £100K billed
- 17.5% on second £100K, increasing by 2.5% for every additional £100K
- Clear progression to Senior & Principal
