Prime in Knutsford is seeking a hands-on interim HR Advisor to drive Employee Relations and onboarding excellence. The role is hybrid from our Knutsford office, with a strong emphasis on ER casework, policy improvement, and proactive collaboration across People & Culture teams.
You will manage a high-volume ER caseload, coach managers, and guide formal/informal processes while supporting onboarding and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
