The role:
- Maintenance of fixed asset register for all group companies and associated monthly postings
- Daily bank and credit card transaction posting with weekly bank reconciliations and daily update of debt log
- Identification and set up of required intercompany cash transfers
- Update of exchange rate file monthly and input into Sage
- Support month‑end close process, including but not limited to:
- General transaction posting
- Healthcare benefit analysis
- Posting of recharge journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Intercompany matrix and reconciliation
- Accruals and prepayments posting
- Foreign cash count and movements/revaluation posting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Studying towards ACCA or CIMA
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Excel and accounting software systems
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities
