About the role
As a Commercial Finance Manager at Prime, you will play a key role in strengthening financial insight and planning across the business. You will partner with senior stakeholders to provide high-quality analysis and commercial insight that supports decision-making and drives business performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you’ll be doing
- You will work closely with the Head of FP&A and leadership team to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- You will deliver clear, actionable reporting and analysis across revenue, margin, and cost performance, using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel modelling.
- A key part of the role is translating complex financial data into insight that drives decisions and accountability.
- You will support commercial activities including client profitability, pricing, and bids, as well as conducting post‑project reviews to identify opportunities to improve performance.
- You will also contribute to strategic initiatives, including system improvements, scenario modelling, and investment decisions.
