Key Responsibilities
- Working within the sales team, you will play an important role at the top of the sales funnel, supporting the DACH region by identifying and engaging companies that match the organisation’s ideal customer profile and creating qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
- You will also be running product discovery calls with the clients, so great exposure from day 1!

What will you be doing?
- Researching and identifying potential leads in the DACH region
- Mapping target accounts and identifying relevant stakeholders
- Contacting prospects through multiple channels, with a strong focus on cold calling
- Running outbound campaigns with structured follow-ups
- Running full discovery calls rather than just appointment setting – get full client exposure from day 1!
- Tracking campaign performance and suggesting ways to improve conversion rates
What do you need?
- Fluent in both German and English (will provide sponsorship to EU citizens)
- Any experience in business development is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Passion for sustainability, CSR, or climate topics is beneficial
- A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships internally and externally
- Strategic thinker who understands both big‑picture goals and operational details
