Job Description
This business is part of a large group of companies that employ over 1,800 people in the UK and work with brands such as Jet2.com, Papa Johns & McDonalds to name a few. This particular brand in the portfolio is the market leader in the UK for supplying \”goods not for resale\” – which encompasses many things that a business needs (not a nice to have) to operate. They have a proven track record of developing sales talent – with their current Sales Director starting out as an apprentice 10 years ago. They\’re now looking to add their next sales superstars to the team.
What\’s In It For You
Earning Potential: your base salary will be £23,800 but you\’ll be able to earn commission from day 1 – earning a % of every single £ you bring in to the business. There\’s plenty of kickers and additional bonuses that have regularly seen other people in the team earn £10k+ commission cheques!
Progression: as mentioned above, the current Sales Director started as an Apprentice and now is responsible for managing a large part of the business.
Socials: previous socials have included a day out at the races, regular themed sales days and much, much more!
Training: you\’ll be trained and supported by people that have worked for the business for 10+ years so they know exactly what it takes to succeed!
