Our client is a leading international events and business intelligence organisation and we’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join their high-performing Delegate Sales team. The Role

As a Delegate Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving attendance at a portfolio of industry-leading events by engaging with senior decision-makers and business leaders. You'll identify relevant attendees, build relationships over the phone, understand business challenges, and communicate the value of attending specific conferences and networking events. This is a fast-paced sales role that rewards resilience, organisation and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying relevant attendees for industry events
  • Building relationships with senior professionals via phone and email
  • Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Achieving and exceeding delegate attendance targets
  • Working closely with event production and marketing teams
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting activity
