  • Already running busy services with precision and confidence, with developed leadership skills to train, mentor, and motivate your brigade.
  • Obsessed with flavour, disciplined in your prep, and thrive in a kitchen where butchery, cooking, and quality produce are at the heart of everything.
  • Operationally sharp, able to manage stock, control waste, and contribute to the systems that keep a top-tier kitchen running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading high-paced services with confidence, clarity, and consistency.
  • Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and overall leadership.
  • Playing a central role in cooking, in-house butchery, and working with whole animals.
  • Inspiring and developing junior chefs through strong communication and hands-on training.
  • Contributing to menu development and bringing new ideas, techniques, and dishes to life.
  • Managing ordering, stock control, prep systems, and daily mise en place.
  • Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation, 5* EHO-ready.
  • Maintaining strong kitchen systems to support quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Being a key player in shaping kitchen culture and pushing the team forward.
