What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running high-energy, fast-paced services, keeping the vibe electric and the team motivated.
- Creating unforgettable guest experiences, ensuring every visit is top-tier.
- Managing orders, team operations, and daily logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
- Supporting the retail butcher’s shop, ensuring the space is looking sharp, stocked, and ready for action.
- Setting the standard for front-of-house presentation for the whole site.
- Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and passion to every shift.

- At least 2 years of management experience in a busy restaurant.
