Our client asked us to recruit a Technical Manager to be the driving force behind the design, methodology, and delivery of stabilisation projects — leading innovation from bid to build.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as the technical authority on soil stabilisation projects—design, specification, and methodology.
- Supporting tenders with technical insight, pricing input, and programme planning.
- Leading on H&S documentation, quality control, and technical delivery post-award.
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and site teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
- Mentoring and supporting internal teams with your technical expertise.
- Championing continuous improvement—including new methods, materials, and technology.
What We're Looking For:
- Background in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (degree preferred).
- Proven experience in soil stabilisation or ground improvement, ideally in a contracting environment.
- Solid understanding of lime/cement stabilisation, earthworks, and ground remediation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills—you’ll be working with clients, consultants, and site teams alike.
- Comfortable with technical design, QA/QC, health & safety, and supporting commercial activities.
