Job Title: Product Sales Manager (PSM)\\n\\nLocation: Field & Home Based – 80% Home based, Travel with specific area & quarterly visits to HQ in Dunfermline\\n\\nReporting to: Sales Director\\n\\nRole Overview\\n\\nOur client are looking for a Product Sales Manager (PSM) to drive new business growth through a structured outbound sales approach. This is a phone-led role with occasional face-to-face meetings, focused on winning new customers and converting first orders.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n• Proactive outbound calling to generate new business opportunities\\n\\n• Working to a clear, structured daily call plan\\n\\n• Winning new customers and securing first orders\\n\\n• Building early-stage relationships with new accounts\\n\\n• Occasional face-to-face meetings where required\\n\\n• Maintaining accurate CRM records\\n\\n• Supporting wider sales and marketing campaigns\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\n• Strong outbound phone sales experience\\n\\n• Comfortable working to activity and revenue targets\\n\\n• New-business focused and commercially driven\\n\\n• Organised with strong follow-up discipline\\n\\n• CRM experience preferred\\n\\nPackage\\n\\n• £40,000 basic salary\\n\\n• £9,000 OTE\\n\\n• Company van (business use only – no personal use)\\n\\n• Clear, achievable performance structure\\n\\nWhat This Role Is\\n\\n• Outbound, new-business sales\\n\\n• Phone-led with structured activity\\n\\n• Performance and results driven
