Were looking for a highly motivated Scaffolding Contract Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and oversee multiple scaffolding projects across Scotland.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead and support a team of Project Managers to deliver scaffolding projects safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Oversee the planning of materials, labour, and transport in alignment with client programmes.
Tackle project challenges head-on with practical solutions and confident decision-making.
Maintain close communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Deliver regular performance updates and reports to the Head of Operations.
Lead by exampleprioritising safety, professionalism, and quality at all times.
Ensure full compliance with company procedures, including health and safety standards.
Oversee preparation of key project documentation: RAMS, designs, material lists, price breakdowns, etc.
Review and report on month-end project performance, celebrating wins and identifying learning opportunities.

What Youll Bring
5+ years experience in scaffolding or construction management.
Valid CISRS Scaffolder Card and SSSTS certification.
Deep knowledge of scaffolding systems, components, and safe erection/dismantling practices.
A proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Clear and confident communicatorwritten and verbal.
UK driving licence essential.
Familiarity with platforms like Outlook, Excel, and project management tools (training provided).
