As a Scaffolding Contract Manager, you will manage a team of Project Managers, delivering multiple scaffolding projects across Scotland. You will provide an excellent end-to-end scaffolding service to our clients, maintaining high standards and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will provide regular reports/updates on how your teams are progressing, recognising best practice and managing performance through others to achieve objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Assign projects to Project Managers and oversee their completion to QHSE and company standards.
  • Forward plan resources: materials, labour, transport, client programmes.
  • Make timely, informed decisions to maintain project momentum.
  • Resolve project-related issues with confidence and creativity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve matters quickly and professionally.
  • Provide update reports to Head of Operations for all aspects of projects.
  • Consistently achieve required deadlines.
  • Clear, regular and professional communication to both the internal team and clients.
  • Lead by example with a professional, safety-first way of working.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of all project-specific documentation including RAMS, designs, footprints, material lists, and price lists.
  • Ensure your team are operating in full compliance with A/S/S policies and procedures at all times.
  • Update Head of Operations regularly with progress, wins, learning and priorities.
  • Manage and analyse all month-end documentation, report wins, learning and priorities to Head of Operations.
