Indian Chef Curry & Tandoor Location: Scotland Salary: £35,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Sponsorship: Available for suitable UK-based candidates already on tier 2 Prime Workforce is recruiting an experienced Indian Chef Curry & Tandoor for a boutique hotel in Scotland. Were looking for a chef with strong hands-on experience in Indian curry and tandoor , ideally gained within a quality hotel, premium restaurant or similar hospitality environment. Key responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Indian curry and tandoor dishes Maintain consistency in flavour, presentation and portion control Operate and manage the tandoor section confidently Prepare marinades, sauces, gravies and mise en place to a high standard Support menu development and seasonal specials Maintain food hygiene, allergen and kitchen safety standards Manage stock, storage and waste effectively Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service Maintain a clean, organised and professional kitchen environment What were looking for: Previous experience as an Indian Chef, Curry Chef or Tandoor Chef Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, gravies and tandoor cooking Experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure Candidates must currently be based in the UK Package: £35,000 per annum Full-time permanent position Boutique hotel environment Sponsorship available for suitable UK-based candidates Opportunity to work within a quality hospitality operation in Scotland Please apply within or call 07735971642 TPBN1_UKCT
