The Program Manager should be fluent in English, have strong attention to detail, and polished communication skills, ideally from a project/program management, finance, accounting, or digital media operations background. This position is based in London, but will work with teams across the globe.
Key job responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain process documentation to support knowledge sharing, change management, and onboarding of new team members or content providers.
A day in the life: This role is equal parts execution and improvement. On any given day, you might be processing a batch of content agreements in the morning and proposing a workflow change in the afternoon. About The Team: The Prime Video subscription service continues to grow in scope and complexity each year, with content partnerships spanning multiple European territories and hundreds of deals processed annually. Content Acquisition Program Management is the operational backbone that ensures content deals are accurately translated into our systems, payments reach partners on time, and content is available for customers without delay. The team handles daily operations at volume and drives programs to automate and scale deal lifecycle management through AI and tooling innovation. We operate within a culture of operational excellence, continuously raising the bar on accuracy, speed, and efficiency across everything we do.
