About the Clinic
This award-winning clinic operates across two busy London sites. They offer everything from physiotherapy, osteopathy, and chiropractic treatments to massage, pilates, laser hair removal, and advanced skin & beauty therapies.
Known for their high clinical standards and welcoming approach, the clinics provide a full spectrum of care, whether that’s helping a patient recover from injury, supporting long-term health, or delivering professional wellbeing and beauty services.
They run flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, so accessibility and patient experience sit at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
We’re looking for a Practice Manager to oversee the smooth running of both clinics. This is a hands-on role blending operations, communications, and patient care. You’ll be the go-to person for both staff and patients, making sure everything runs efficiently while keeping service standards high.
What You’ll Do
- Clinic Operations: Oversee daily operations across both sites, scheduling, stock, suppliers, and facilities.
- Team Support & Comms: Act as the main point of contact for staff, streamline internal communication, and support team management.
- Patient Care; Handle phone/email enquiries, resolve concerns, escalate complex cases, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Appointments & Feedback: Manage scheduling processes and follow up with patients to improve the client experience.
- Clinic Representation: Attend occasional events and represent the clinic when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a clinic, healthcare, beauty, or hospitality management role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, you know how to keep things moving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience.
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal).
- Comfortable using email platforms, CRMs, and other communication tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare/medical terminology is a bonus, but not essential.
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused.
Salary & Hours
- Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
- Hours: 40 hours per week, shift-based (some evening shifts). Saturdays are part of the rota
