Prime Residential is a residential property management company. We manage residential property investments, handle deal sourcing, day-to-day property management, lettings, and sales on behalf of landlords. We also offer a unique package of services that make residential property a passive investment for our clients. With a presence in Liverpool, London, Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham, we can manage properties across the UK.
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Lettings Negotiator at Prime Residential, based in Liverpool. There will also be weekly travel to Birmingham and Leeds as and when required. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for handling tenant matters, communicating effectively with tenants, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties include:
- Managing enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords via phone, email, and in person
- Arranging and conducting property viewings, inspections, checkouts, and inventories
- Carrying out tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
- Preparing and processing tenancy agreements and relevant documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other third parties
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
- Marketing properties through online property portals
- Resolving tenant and landlord queries efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
- Valid driving license and own vehicle
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations (or willingness to learn if you have no experience)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
