We\'re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join our Manchester team. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a busy environment.
You’ll be responsible for managing prospective tenants through the full lettings journey — from first enquiry to move-in — while ensuring landlords are kept informed and satisfied throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and qualify prospective tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth progression to let
- Manage tenancy applications and referencing process with speed and accuracy
- Keep internal systems up to date with all client and property interactions
- Provide feedback to landlords and advise on strategies to achieve successful lets
- Support compliance by ensuring all legal documentation is prepared and signed
Required Qualifications & Capabilities:
- Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service (property experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- Comfortable working towards targets in a performance-led environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
