We are growing our Product Design team and are looking for someone to craft creative and intuitive user experiences within one of our product module.
This is a remote role but if you’re near one of our many offices you’re very welcome to go in.
You’ll be working directly within a cross-functional team of talented Product Managers and Developers to deliver consistently brilliant and delightful experiences.

The Role
- Designing within our one of 4 product modules: You’ll be producing seamless workflows within your dedicated module, making use of our UI kit to create stunning interfaces.
- Taking designs from concept to final solution: You’ll work with your product and engineering counterparts to come up with possible solutions to solve user problems and action business objectives. Iterating based on feedback and moving designs forward into a dev ready state.
- Collaborating with a UX researcher: You’ll at times work closely with a UX researcher to test your designs. You’ll help identify areas of your designs that would benefit from feedback so a meaningful research plan/script can be defined.
- Presenting to stakeholders and peers: We cannot design alone; feedback is so vital to what we do. Our design team does regular critiques and feedback sessions to aid collaboration. You’ll be expected to present design concepts to stakeholders and other peers when needed, expressing clear rationales to back up your design choices.
- Supporting, and advocating for our overall experience vision: At times you may be required to take on design tasks in other product areas in aid of executing our experience vision.
About You
- You’ve got a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Product Designer.
- You’ve worked on a SaaS product before and worked with Product Managers and Developers to deliver value.
- You’re able to receive and action constructive feedback with grace and humility.
- You have a portfolio of well-crafted work that solves real problems for real users, and you’re prepared to share and talk about your work during the interview process.
- You understand that design is just one part of the puzzle and have experience of working with Product and Engineering to break problems and their solutions into manageable deliverables.
- You have good interpersonal skills to build relationships across cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
- You have excellent asynchronous work skills to handle working with a globally distributed team.
- You know how to work with established design systems or pattern libraries in your designs.
- You have the curiosity, humility, and intellectual energy to constantly expand your knowledge.
- You’ll have some form of design qualification such as a degree in design or a related subject, or a UX certification.
Nice To Have, Not Essential
- Experience in planning and conducting user research (generative and evaluative) and translating those findings into design opportunities.
- Experience in facilitating ideation workshops with peers.
- Knowledge of press release distribution products.
