The Role
As a Rapid Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing large volumes of information and creating concise, insightful briefings that help clients understand their media landscape and stay informed about key developments. Working as part of the Rapid Intelligence team in France, while being based in the UK, you will collaborate with international colleagues to monitor media coverage, identify relevant insights, and deliver high-quality intelligence solutions for clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create multimedia briefings by categorising media coverage, selecting key information, and highlighting important developments or sensitive topics.
- Analyse and synthesise complex information into clear, accurate, and valuable client insights.
- Monitor media coverage and client monitoring services, ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Support a portfolio of clients by responding to queries and providing guidance where required.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve service delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluent French and good written and spoken English skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organised, methodical, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
- Previous experience in client relations, media monitoring, research, or communications would be an advantage.
Working hours
This role follows French working hours while being based in the UK. The working schedule will be Monday to Friday, with the exact hours agreed during the recruitment process. The available shift options are:
- 3:30 am – 11:30 am UK time
- 4:00 am – 12:00 pm UK time
- 4:30 am – 12:30 pm UK time
- 5:00 am – 1:00 pm UK time
Please note that for this role, we are only able to consider candidates who are already based in the country of employment.
