About the Role

Account Managers are responsible for managing our existing mid‑market customers from a revenue, product, and renewal perspective. The objective is to build great client relationships from the initial onboarding through to the negotiation of renewals.

Responsibilities

• Providing ongoing account support to our existing customers.
• Conducting sales research and identifying new sales/cross‑sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Analyzing market and customer potential to minimize termination risks.
• Managing contracts, deliverables, and deadlines for renewals as well as upsell/cross‑sell.
• Independent preparation and conduct of customer meetings and product demonstrations.
• Serving as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Completed studies with at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience in a sales role focused on existing customers or new business.
• Eagerness to work in an account‑management roll with a focus on upselling SaaS products and client engagement.
• Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
• Great organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience in the media industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
