We are currently searching for an experienced General Manager to join one of London’s most exciting high-volume social hospitality operators. This is a confidential opportunity within a fast-growing business operating large-scale sports, entertainment and social venues across London, with further expansion already planned. The successful candidate will join an established leadership team and play a key role in both current operations and future openings.
This role would suit an ambitious, commercially driven GM who thrives in high-energy environments and understands the operational demands of experiential hospitality.
The Venue Environment:
- High-volume food & beverage operation
- Sports-led and social hospitality atmosphere

- Strong corporate, birthday & party trade

What We’re Looking For:
- Current General Manager within hospitality
- Proven experience managing high-volume operations
- Background within social, experiential or sports-led venues preferred
- Strong understanding of events, bookings and party-driven trade
- Experience managing large teams and senior management structures
- Commercially aware with a strong operational mindset
- Comfortable managing sales managers and driving venue performance
- Hands-on leader with excellent presence on the floor
