About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Trainer / Educator to deliver high-quality training courses to registered nurses and other healthcare professionals across care homes and private healthcare companies in London. As a Clinical Trainer / Educator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of healthcare teams, ensuring they provide the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-day and half-day training courses, including enteral feeding, venepuncture, and catheterisation, tailored to the needs of care homes and private healthcare companies.
  • Utilize your teaching qualification to effectively educate and engage delegates in both theory and practical skills.
  • Adapt course content and delivery based on the specific requirements of the audience and location.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and guidelines to ensure training is relevant and effective.
  • Provide feedback and assessments to delegates, ensuring competency and confidence in the skills taught.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Teaching qualification (essential) with experience as a Clinical Trainer / Educator.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in enteral feeding, venepuncture, catheterisation, and other relevant clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire delegates.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to deliver courses at various locations and dates that suit client needs.
  • Registered Nurse (NMC pin preferred) with a passion for education and training.
