We are hiring for an exciting new opening in Chelsea and are looking to appoint a high-calibre All Day Dining Manager to lead the operation. While the title is All Day Dining Manager, this role operates at General Manager level, with full responsibility for the front-of-house operation, team leadership, and overall guest experience. The concept is a premium, high-volume, all-day dining environment, combining a members’ club feel with a vibrant, personality-led restaurant. This is a hands-on, floor-led role where visibility, energy, and leadership are key.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full FOH operation
  • Build, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive service standards and guest experience
  • Oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment
  • Support commercial performance, labour control, and service delivery

We are looking for:

  • Experience at AGM / GM level within all-day dining or members’ clubs
