We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially sharp food leader to take ownership of a dynamic London operation spanning 8+ sites. You’ll shape menus, set standards, build teams and drive food that performs at scale.

The role:
• Lead food strategy and standards across 8+ London sites
• Create menus that excite guests and work operationally
• Develop and inspire Head Chefs and kitchen leaders
• Drive margins, quality and consistency
• Play a key role in menu launches and growth projects

You’ll need:
• Proven multi-site experience (minimum 8 sites)
• Strong commercial and operational food background xiskglj
• A leadership style that builds teams and raises standards
• Confidence operating at pace and scale
