Location: Basildon and Upminster Job Type: Permanent Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy workshops specialising in joinery and stonework. With a strong focus on creating a positive and collaborative culture, you will manage a dynamic team and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality projects for our clients, including prestigious restaurants. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, supervise, and motivate workshop staff, ensuring clear communication and effective workflow. • Oversee the production of joinery and marble-based projects, maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship. • Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed. • Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and project timelines. • Collaborate with other departments, including CNC and CAD teams, to meet client requirements. • Drive positive cultural change within the workshop, fostering teamwork and innovation.
