We are partnering with a highly regarded materials specialist operating at the very top end of the luxury hospitality, residential and landmark commercial project space. This business is the go-to manufacturing and supply partner for some of the most design-led projects in the UK and internationally, working closely with architects, developers, designers and main contractors on complex, high-value builds.

As part of their next phase of growth, they are looking to appoint a Head of Commercial to lead commercial strategy, protect margin, and drive performance across a portfolio of prestigious projects.

The Role

  • Own the commercial strategy across multiple high-value construction and fit-out projects
  • Lead on pricing, contracts, risk management and margin protection
  • Act as the senior commercial interface with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
  • Oversee commercial teams supporting project delivery from pre-contract through to final account
  • Partner closely with operations, production and leadership to support scalable growth
  • Bring structure, rigour and clarity to commercial decision-making

About You

  • Proven experience in a commercial role within construction, materials, stone, interiors, or high-end fit-out
  • Strong understanding of bespoke materials, manufacturing-led supply chains or specialist subcontracting
  • Confident managing complex contracts and negotiating at senior level
  • Commercially sharp, detail-driven, but able to operate strategically
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-led, premium environment
