Contract: Permanent – Full time

Hours of work: 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday

The Company: Our client is an industry-leading facilities management company which covers over 30,000 properties across the island of Ireland.

The Role: Are you an organised, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for a proactive and reliable administrator to become an essential part of a new team.

Main duties:

  • Handling telephone enquiries.
  • Scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software system.
  • A technical knowledge of maintenance.
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies.
  • General office duties.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in the managing programming of Engineers and sub-contractors.

What they are looking for:

  • Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable).
  • Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Administration qualification or demonstrable 5 years’ experience required.
  • Excellent demonstrable customer service.
  • Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a performance-driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI’s are delivered.
