You will support the delivery of regeneration and growth projects by providing high-quality administrative, financial, and coordination support. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project support
- Assist with coordinating and monitoring projects
- Track budgets, process invoices, and support financial reporting
- Maintain records, databases, and project documentation
- Undertake research to support project planning and delivery
- Support communications, social media updates, and promotional materials
- Help organise meetings, workshops, and events
- Assist with procurement and preparation of reports/presentations
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Essential Criteria
Qualifications
- 2 A-Levels (A–C), NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
Experience (minimum 3 years in at least 3 of the following):
- Supporting funded projects (including finance/admin tasks)
- Researching to support project development
- Planning and coordinating events
- Marketing and communications (including social media)
Full UK driving licence and access to transport (or reasonable alternative)
