Maintain equipment and ensure health & safety compliance. Handle ashes with care, ensuring proper storage and disposal. Complete accurate admin for cremations. ?Chapel Duties: Prepare the chapel for services and assist mourners. Operate music, webcasting, and audio-visual equipment. Keep public areas clean and dignified. ??General Duties: Handle admin tasks and liaise with the booking office. Provide emergency cover and assist with stock-taking. Uphold council policies on equality, health & safety, and customer care. This role requires compassion, attention to detail, and respect for mourners and funeral staff. ??
