Cleansing Operative Location: Blaris Industrial Estate Hours: 37 per week Positions Available: 6 Pay Rate: Β£13.69 per hour About the Role: We are currently recruiting Cleansing Operatives to provide annual leave cover within Waste Management and Operations. This is a physically demanding, outdoor-based role requiring reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Key Duties: Street cleansing and litter picking Waste collection and disposal Loading and unloading vehicles Maintaining cleanliness of public areas Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets Following health & safety procedures at all times Requirements: Ability to carry out manual labour Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Good timekeeping and attendance Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Previous cleansing or manual work experience desirable but not essential
