Prime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team across Belfast. We are working with a range of services supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities (meal prep, personal care, routines)
- Promoting independence and choice
- Assisting with community access and social activities
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Pay & Benefits
- £13.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on shift & experience)
- Flexible shifts - days, nights, weekends available
- Work available across Belfast and surrounding areas
- Ongoing work with the potential for long-term placements
- Full training and induction provided

What we're looking for
- Minimum 36 months experience in a care/support role (preferred but not essential)
- A caring, reliable and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to complete an Access NI check (we can assist)
