Prime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team across Belfast. We are working with a range of services supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing day-to-day care and emotional support
  • Supporting individuals with daily living activities (meal prep, personal care, routines)
  • Promoting independence and choice
  • Assisting with community access and social activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
  • Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures

Pay & Benefits

  • £13.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on shift & experience)
  • Flexible shifts - days, nights, weekends available
  • Work available across Belfast and surrounding areas
  • Ongoing work with the potential for long-term placements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 36 months experience in a care/support role (preferred but not essential)
  • A caring, reliable and professional attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to complete an Access NI check (we can assist)
