Prime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Property Solicitor to join a well-established local authority legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied and high-value property portfolio within the public sector.
The Role:
- You will manage a diverse caseload of commercial and local authority property matters, working both independently and collaboratively.
- Leases, renewals, disposals, easements and wayleaves.
- Open spaces and community asset matters.
- Housing-related work (Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, lease extensions).
- Drafting legal input for committee reports and attending meetings.
- Providing legal advice to stakeholders, members, and external bodies.
- Managing external legal advisors and instructing Counsel where required.
Location: Addlestone, Surrey (Hybrid working available)
