We connect motivated buyers with on and off-market opportunities, in partnership with leading agents and developers. We curate an exceptional collection and care deeply about how each home is introduced to the people who are meant to find them. We launched our platform in March 2026 and the best is yet to come.
We are seeking a talented Social Media & Content Strategist to grow our brand presence and community across social and digital channels, and craft engaging, desire-led content that stands out.

What you’ll do
- Manage and grow Prime Property’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging platforms, with a focus on quality, consistency and engagement.
- Ideate, plan and craft social content across brand, property and partner stories, aligned to our positioning and the fast-paced, ever-changing luxury property market.
- Own community management, responding to comments and messages in our brand voice, and nurturing relationships.
- Monitor channel analytics, report on performance, and stay informed on audience behaviour to continually improve what we do.
- Brief and coordinate videographers and other freelance creatives for shoots and content production.
- Be present at campaign shoots and events, ensuring they are well documented and turned into strong social content.
- Support the delivery of paid social campaigns, contributing to targeting, asset production and performance tracking.
- Assist with email marketing, including campaign scheduling, list management and performance reporting.
- Review and refine property descriptions and website content, ensuring every listing reflects the Prime Property standard.
- Stay ahead of trends across luxury property, social media, and the wider marketing landscape, bringing fresh thinking and new ideas to the business.
What you’ll bring: Must have
- 2+ years experience in a social media and content role within property, luxury, travel or lifestyle, on brand or agency side.
- Meticulous attention to detail, you notice what others miss and enjoy working in an environment where there is a high bar for quality.
- Curious and proactive mindset, you spot opportunities and are not afraid to share your ideas.
- Strong copywriting skills and a feel for the premium brand voice across formats and channels.
- Confident Canva designer with the ability to tell a clear story and continue to elevate the brand design across multiple content types.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Deep appreciation for quality, storytelling, and a drive to build something that stands out in the market.
What you’ll bring: Nice to have
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- On-camera confidence with the ability to represent the brand naturally.
- Experience executing paid social campaigns across Meta.
- Exposure to creator and influencer campaigns within a luxury or lifestyle context.
- Familiarity with modern tools including Asana, Slack and HubSpot.
- Full UK driving license.

- £30,000 to £40,000 salary with performance-related bonuses.
