Business Administrator / Client Coordinator | North East England | Part Time | £14.00–£15.00 per hour Our client, Prime Property Surveyors Ltd, is an independent RICS-regulated residential surveying practice operating across Newcastle, Northumberland, North Tyneside, Gateshead and County Durham. They provide RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, residential valuations and specialist property inspections. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to become a key part of their team. The Role This is a client-facing administration position where you will be one of the main points of contact between clients, surveyors and the business. You will help ensure enquiries are followed up, surveys are booked efficiently, and clients receive a high level of service. The role would suit someone highly organised, confident speaking with customers and comfortable taking ownership of their workload. Initially, the role will be approximately 20–25 hours per week, with some flexibility around how these hours are structured. There is scope for the hours and level of responsibility to increase as the business grows.
