Overview

Prime Property Surveyors Ltd — North East England | Hybrid / Field-Based. Full-Time | Permanent. Competitive Salary + Bonus + Mileage.

The Role

  • You will undertake a varied workload including:
  • RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
  • RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
  • Residential market valuations, including shared ownership and specialist valuations
  • Defect diagnosis and condition reporting
  • Client liaison and clear written reporting
  • Use of modern inspection methods, including drone-assisted inspections (training provided if required)

You’ll be supported by strong admin and management systems, with a focus on quality over quantity.

About You

  • You will ideally be:
  • AssocRICS, MRICS, or working towards chartership
  • Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (or similar)
  • Experienced in residential surveying and inspections
  • Confident producing clear, professional RICS-compliant reports
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • SAVA graduates and recently qualified surveyors are encouraged to apply.
