This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Building Surveyor, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne with some flexibility for remote work. The Building Surveyor will conduct RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys, Residential Valuations, New Build Snagging surveys, damp inspections, and drone surveys and provide expertise to assess the safety and condition of various properties.

Qualifications

  • Experience of damp inspections and good building pathology knowledge
  • Knowledge of structural defects and experience identifying and addressing property repair or maintenance issues

  • Membership or eligibility for membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
