Prime Property Surveyors Ltd is a growing, quality-focused independent surveying practice delivering RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys, Snagging surveys & valuations, and professional advice across the North East. We pride ourselves on thorough inspections, clear reporting, and excellent client service — not volume-driven, tick-box surveying.
We are now looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join our expanding team.
The Role
- RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
- RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
- Residential market valuations, including shared ownership and specialist valuations
- Defect diagnosis and condition reporting
- Client liaison and clear written reporting
- Use of modern inspection methods, including drone-assisted inspections (training provided if required)
You’ll be supported by strong admin and management systems, with a focus on quality over quantity.
About You
- AssocRICS, MRICS, or working towards chartership
- Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (or similar)
- Experienced in residential surveying and inspections
- Confident producing clear, professional RICS-compliant reports
- Organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
