Prime Property Surveyors is a growing independent residential surveying practice based in the North East. We specialise in providing high-quality residential surveys and valuations, with a strong focus on quality over volume, professional integrity and clear client communication.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to join our expanding team.
The Role
The successful candidate will undertake a range of residential surveying instructions across the North East including:
- RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
- Level 3 Building Surveys
- Residential valuations
- Snagging inspections on new build properties
- Specialist property inspections and defect analysis
Our approach prioritises thorough inspections, well-written reports and excellent client service, rather than high-volume targets.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a surveyor who is:
- AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified, or working towards chartership
- Experienced in residential property surveying
- Strong in identifying structural defects and building pathology
- A clear and confident report writer
- Professional and personable with clients
- Organised and able to manage their own workload
- Experience with RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys is preferred.
