Our Mission
We’re Prime Property Auctions, Scotland’s fastest growing property auction house. Our mission is to become the most trusted and best‑known auction house in the UK by making auctions simple, transparent, and actually enjoyable to learn about. Content is how we’ll win that game.
What You’ll Own
- Edit long‑form YouTube explainers that break down auctions clearly, using motion graphics, titles, overlays, and diagrams to teach.
- Turn each long video into short‑form cutdowns (Reels, Shorts, Meta) with strong hooks that keep attention and drive leads.
- Help structure videos: hooks, content units, pattern interrupts, CTAs; you’ll sit with the founder and shape the storyboard, not just “take an edit brief.”
- Create Meta ad creatives from our content library: multiple hooks, patterns, CTAs from the same shoot for testing CTR, watch time and conversions.
- Shoot in our Glasgow office and on properties when needed; set up shots, lighting, and audio so footage looks great before it hits the timeline.
- Work alongside two existing videographers to keep a consistent publishing cadence on YouTube, Meta, TikTok.
You’re Right For This If…
- You have strong editing chops in Adobe Premiere/Final Cut (or similar) and can cut tight, fast‑paced educational content.
- You’re genuinely good at motion graphics: titles, explainers, overlays, simple animations that make complex concepts obvious.
- You think in hooks and structure: you understand why some videos hold attention and others don’t, and you can explain it.
- You’re also able to work behind the camera in capturing the shots we need.
- You enjoy collaborating with a founder who cares about the details and is happy to be on camera a lot.
- You’re comfortable in a fast, no‑BS environment: we move quickly, give direct feedback, and expect you to improve your work over time.
- 1+ years in a similar role (agency, in‑house, YouTube channel, etc.) with a portfolio that proves you can do this.
- Photography/graphic design skills are a plus.
What You Get
- A high‑output, small team where your work directly drives revenue and trust.
- Real progression as we scale ad spend and headcount in the media team.
- High‑end kit: Sony A7IVs, MacBook Pros, lights, mics (whatever is needed to do great work).
- Regular team lunches on Auction Days and a front‑row seat to scaling a national brand.
