Overview

If you’re competitive, and convinced you can outwork AND outlearn most people, keep reading. We’re hiring one person to join as our new Valuer, working directly with the founders (Luis & John) to learn how to get sellers onboard, close over the phone, and master property dealmaking. We help Scottish property owners get fast, certain sales through our online auction. Most sellers come to us after agents have failed, their flat has issues, or they need speed and certainty.

Your mission is simple: Turn inbound seller enquiries into signed auction instructions.

Your day-to-day:

  • Speaking to warm inbound leads who have requested valuations or cash offers
  • Understanding their situation and positioning the right solution
  • Valuing properties using comps, data and training we provide
  • Setting reserve prices and winning instructions
  • Owning your pipeline with clear, measurable targets

On the phone constantly, following up with leads, working through scripts, roleplays and call reviews, learning the auction and cash-sale process quickly, improving daily with minimal hand-holding or supervision.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Competitive by nature and driven to be top performer
  • Fast learner with real interest in Scottish property
  • Comfortable being coached hard and implementing feedback quickly
  • Calm under pressure and clear on the phone
  • Motivated by targets, progress and earnings
  • Organised enough to run an active pipeline end to end

Do not apply if:

  • You need to be pushed rather than pushing yourself
  • You don’t respond well to direct feedback
  • You like a chilled out work environment going at your own pace
  • You respond to messages/emails/calls in a slow fashion

This is a high-performance role in a fast-moving company. We expect a lot, and we give a lot back.

What you get:

  • OTE £60,000-£70,000 with uncapped commission
  • Insight into property auction dealmaking and cash-buying service
  • Work directly with company leadership (Luis & John)
  • Base salary plus transparent commission structure
  • Warm inbound leads from Meta, Google, SEO and referrals
  • Consistent training, scripts, coaching and call reviews
  • Become part of the Prime family
  • Clear progression as we scale across Scotland and beyond

How to apply:

Submit the form on our website which will give you next steps. If you back yourself, want to outwork everyone around you, and want a pathway to big earnings, apply now.
