We're Scotland's fastest-growing online property auction house and we're on our way to becoming the biggest in the UK. We’re a small team with big ambition. We’re looking for someone to own the day-to-day property and legal admin (legal packs, AML, chasing solicitors), keep our invoicing and systems accurate, and make sure the office runs smoothly while our buyers and sellers are looked after.

The opportunity

You’ll be the operational glue that holds everything together behind the scenes - dealing with buyers, sellers and solicitors daily. Salary of £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience. Govan Office with allocated parking.

Who you need to be

  • Someone who is obsessively organised, hates loose ends, and takes pride in keeping a business running without being asked twice.
  • A self-starter who manages their own workload without being chased.
  • Comfortable across multiple systems (we'll train you on ours).

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing legal packs and chasing solicitors for documents.
  • Keeping our CRM and property systems accurate and up to date.
  • Invoicing and finance admin on Xero.
  • Building and scheduling email campaigns.
  • Running office operations and coordinating team events.
  • Managing our buyer and seller thank you process after every sale.
