Independent Referral Partner / BDM - Remote & Flexible
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Completely Flexible - No Set Hours
Type: Self-Employed / Commission-Based / Recurring Commission
Our client is looking for confident, motivated and well-connected individuals to join their team as Independent Referral Partners / BDMs. Our client operates globally as a brokerage, working with multiple companies and service providers to connect individuals with a range of remote, flexible and work-from-home opportunities. The opportunities available are designed to offer flexibility and minimal commitment, allowing individuals to work remotely and fit the opportunity around their existing work, family and day-to-day commitments.
The Role
This is a referral and relationship-based opportunity, rather than a traditional sales or telesales role. You'll be responsible for generating your own referrals through your existing network, connections and relationships, speaking with people who may be interested in flexible working or additional income opportunities. If they would like to explore the opportunity further, you'll introduce them to the client's team, who will take care of the next steps. The client then handles the follow-up, consultation and any subsequent recruitment or interview process directly with the relevant company. You won't be expected to cold call, close sales, manage candidates or work to traditional sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Well-connected with an existing network of contacts
- Confident and comfortable speaking with others
- Naturally personable and good at building relationships
- Comfortable generating their own referrals and making introductions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Looking for a flexible way to generate additional income
Previous experience in business development, sales, networking, recruitment or lead generation is useful but not essential.
What's On Offer
- 100% remote working
- No set hours
- No targets or KPIs
- Work entirely around your existing commitments
- Full flexibility and independence
- Training and ongoing support
- Recurring commission-based earning opportunity
- Opportunity to build an ongoing income stream from successful referrals
This is an opportunity for someone who is well-connected, enjoys speaking with people and wants the freedom to work flexibly without set hours or performance targets. Interested? Apply today to find out more. This is a self-employed, independent commission-based opportunity and is not a salaried position. Recurring commission is subject to the client's applicable terms and qualifying criteria.
