Our client is a brokerage working with a range of companies and service providers, connecting individuals with remote, flexible and work-from-home opportunities. They are expanding their network of independent partners and are looking for confident, well-connected individuals to generate referrals and introduce suitable people to their team.

The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you'll use your existing network and relationships to identify people who may be interested in flexible working or additional income opportunities. You'll make the initial introduction, with the client's team handling the follow-up, consultation and any subsequent recruitment or interview process. This is not a traditional telesales role - there is no cold calling, candidate management or fixed sales targets.
