Prime Placers are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Drop Van Driver for an immediate start in Kent.
Role Details:
- Position: Multi-Drop Van Driver
- Location: Kent
- Start Date: Immediate
- Vehicle: 3.5T
- Work Type: Multi-drop delivery, courier/parcel-style routes
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and safely securing goods prior to departure
- Completing multiple drops per shift to a scheduled route
- Delivering parcels/goods directly to customers in a professional, courteous manner
- Obtaining proof of delivery (POD) at each stop
- Reporting any delivery issues, delays or vehicle defects promptly
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points)
- Previous multi-drop or courier driving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Kent area advantageous
- Physically fit - able to lift and carry parcels
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work to tight time slots
- Good communication and customer service skills
